John is a great guy and very knowledgeable. I always get a quick response whenever I need help with anything. You would be wise to choose him!

John went above and beyond for us on the sale of our house on many of the major points, as well as the minor ones. For instance, it may sound simple, but to have John to come back after a showing of our house to check and recheck that all the lights that had been turned on were turned off, was comforting. I can say this because I have watched other neighbors' homes that were on the market have basement and backyard lights left on until I contact the agent about them. I am certain that he will do the same for you!

John is the best and he has been a great help to me. He also called me back right away when I needed him.

Extremely communicative- went above and beyond to not only answer all of our questions but took initiative to work with other parties involved to get everything handled in a timely fashion. Open to all forms of communication, and extremely knowledgeable in the subject. Even provided us with social and events calendars to get us excited about moving to the area. Already referred John to my MIL who is moving to the area!

John listens to his client's wants and works diligently to help them get to where they want to be.

John is a top-notch realtor, he goes above and beyond for his people!

John has been my broker for the purchase and sale of 2 of my homes and 2 commercial buildings in Stonington, CT. He has also managed rental units in my commercial buildings. In each and every transaction he has been a great communicator, has shown in-depth knowledge of his field and neighborhoods, and a proactive problem solver. I trust him to handle any real estate deal; the simple or the very complicated, and I highly recommend him. Looking forward to working with John again in the future. -Jan Geyer

John was very professional and attentive to the client's needs. I would recommend Mr. Vincent as a dedicated RE agent and he always has the client's best interest in mind.

John is a hard worker and is very knowledgeable. I am thankful to have had his guidance and support, which made it possible to make the process of selling our home run smoothly. Excellent service.

Polite and professional. Knowledgeable and responsive. We couldn't be happier in selecting John to be our realtor. First, he sold our house in 2 days. Second, his recommendations to respond to buyer inquiries all proved to be spot on. Third, a week before closing there was a brush fire in a wooded area behind our house. He came to our house, obtained hoses from neighbors and fought the fire, keeping it from burning down our shed until the fire department arrived. This is what kind of person he is, and we would recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.
