John went above and beyond for us on the sale of our house on many of the major points, as well as the minor ones. For instance, it may sound simple, but to have John to come back after a showing of our house to check and recheck that all the lights that had been turned on were turned off, was comforting. I can say this because I have watched other neighbors' homes that were on the market have basement and backyard lights left on until I contact the agent about them. Second, his recommendations to respond to buyer inquiries all proved to be spot on. Third, a week before closing there was a brush fire in a wooded area behind our house. He came to our house, obtained hoses from neighbors and fought the fire, keeping it from burning down our shed until the fire department arrived.
